If we want a national spiritual awakening and ethnocultural renaissance #1 is required.
If we want the Spanish-speaking (Hispanic) vote in 2016 then #2 is required.
If we want to solve the national problem of racism then #3 is required.
If we want our national sovereignty back then #4 is required.
If we want our national borders back then #5 is required.
If we want our national history back then #6 is required.
If we want our national dignity back then #7 is required.

SEVEN HISPANIC EUROPEAN AMERICAN DIPLOMATIC INTERVENTIONS

#1) An end to the ethnocultural genocide of the Spanish Americans, descendents of the first Europeans to settle in what is today the United States of America.
#2) The Spanish language decreed an official language of the United States of America.
#3) The passage and implementation of the Ethnocultural Sovereignty Amendment to the 1787 Constitution for the united States of America.
    a) No citizen shall be denied or deprived of the right to an ethnoracial (kinship group)     identity.
    b) No citizen shall be denied or deprived of the right to belong to an ethnoracial group.
    c) No ethnorace shall be denied or deprived of the right to ethnocultural sovereignty.
    d) The establishment of a democratically-elected National Ethnocultural Sovereignty     Commission with subpoena powers to resolve ethnocultural sovereignty conflicts.  
#4) The passage and implementation of the Monetary Sovereignty Amendment to the 1787 Constitution for the united States of America.
    a) The Federal Reserve System shall be incorporated into an independent fourth branch     of government to be known as the Federal Monetary Authority.
    b) The creation, issuance and disbursement of United States currency shall be subject to     the General Welfare clause of the Preamble to the Constitution under a democratically     elected Federal Monetary Authority.
    c) The Federal Monetary Authority shall be directly elected by the     whole of the People     separately in each of the sovereign States.
    d) Replacement of the national income tax with a national land value tax.
#5) A seven-year moratorium on all immigration into the United States of America.
#6) The restoration of Admiral Christopher Columbus to his rightful place in the history of the Americas.    
#7) An unconditional universal basic wage to every citizen and legal resident of the United States of America.

Ethnocultural Sovereignty Amendment

1) No citizen shall be denied or deprived of the right to an ethnoracial identity.
2) No citizen shall be denied or deprived of the right to belong to an ethnoracial group.
3) No ethnorace shall be denied or deprived of the right to ethnocultural sovereignty.
4) No ethnorace shall be denied or deprived of the right to proportional political representation.
5) The English and Spanish languages shall be the two official languages of the United States of America.
